No one looks forward to a hospital stay, but at Gateway Regional Medical Center, we work hard to make sure your visit is as pleasant as possible. Here are a few things you should know about your room and our hospital in general that can help make your time with us restful and healing.
Automated Teller Machine (ATM)
There is an ATM located in the main lobby.
Valet Parking
Valet Parking is available in the Medical Office Building parking lot located on 21st Street across from the West entrance.
Gift Shop
Sponsored by the Gateway Regional Medical Center Auxiliary, our Gift Shop is located in the main lobby/entrance area on the ground floor. It features a variety of gift items, including flowers, balloons, cards, jewelry, all occasion gifts, stuffed animals and clothing.
- Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Saturday – 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- Sunday – 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Chapel
The chapel is located on the ground floor, just outside the main lobby is open 24 hours a day. Clergy services are also available at your request; please ask your nurse to contact the chaplain for you.
Spice Café
The Spice Cafe is located in the West wing on the ground floor of the main hospital.
- Breakfast – 6:30 a.m. – 10 a.m.
- Lunch – 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Dinner – 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.
- When the café is closed, coffee is available in the waiting area of Emergency Services.
