Making the Most of Life.
Our Philosophy
At Gateway Regional Medical Center, we believe that the end of life should be as meaningful and nurturing as the beginning of life. As the first breath of a baby is precious, so are the final years, months or even days of a person. That’s why we have Gateway Regional Medical Center Hospice, the oldest Hospice service provider in Southwestern Illinois.
Quality of Life
To learn that a family member has a terminal illness can be devastating, but at Gateway Regional Hospice, you can be assured that he or she will die with dignity. Gateway Regional Hospice has been improving the quality of life for patients with terminal illnesses since 1979. When there is no cure, when patients cannot be helped by modern medicine any longer, trust our hospice care to provide comfort and compassion when it counts most.
Your Care
Simply we believe that patients with terminal illnesses deserve to spend their final days in comfortable settings surrounded by those they love. Gateway Regional Hospice provides palliative care for those who are in the end stages of their illnesses.
