Mail is delivered to the patient rooms. Flowers are welcome in all areas of the hospital except the Critical Care Unit (CCU) where space is limited. It is best to send flowers to a CCU patient after he/she has been transferred to a room outside Critical Care. After you are discharged, mail is forwarded to your home and flowers are returned to the florist.
